EIFS Work at Far Rockaway, Queens

It was one of the first few projects from which the journey of CYA from a residential contractor to becoming a successful commercial contractor began. The task was a complete exterior makeover of this beautiful house by Atlantic ocean in the Rockaway area in a very posh neighborhood with beautiful stand-alone properties around. CYA did EIFS which came out extremely beautiful along with new concrete sidewalk to new driveway with pavers, window replacement, new stairs, stair railings, exterior door. It turned out to be one of the most beautiful houses in the entire neighborhood of Rockaway. The clients were extremely satisfied and gave tons of references, almost everyone who passed by complimented our work.
