EIFS Work at Kingsbridge Avenue, Bronx

This is new construction, we did exterior waterproofing and installed EIFS all around the building including balconies. EIFS was installed on two different substrates concrete masonry and denseglass. The client is a developer and management company and has several properties across five boros. They choose us with confidence to get best quality work and hence it was delivered and we were appreciated not only for good work but also for being best contractor who finished the work without any argument or delay and we further got referred. We are cautious of housekeeping that we clean the sanded foam on the scaffold and don’t wait for it to fall on the streets. We use double netting all over and blue tarp in a limited area to stop sanded foam from flying out of the net. We have separate labor for housekeeping on all our projects.
