We are certified EIFS applicator and we have a separate EIFS insurance. We are cautious of housekeeping that we clean the sanded foam on the scaffold and don’t wait for it to fall on the streets. We use double netting all over and blue tarp in a limited area to stop sanded foam from flying out of the net. We have separate labor for housekeeping on all our projects.
