We only collect what you choose to send us:
We use your details to answer your enquiry, arrange a site visit, prepare a quote, consider your application, and keep normal business records. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't sell or rent your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

The public pages of this site set no cookies. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and the fonts and office map are served from this site itself, not from Google or another third party.
The password-protected staff pages set one strictly necessary cookie when a staff member unlocks a page, so it stays unlocked on that device for 30 days. It holds no personal information.
If you follow a link to Google Maps for directions, Google's own privacy policy applies there.
Like any website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, browser type and the pages requested, for a short time to run and secure the site. When you send the contact form, your IP address is also held in memory for a few minutes to stop the form being abused. It isn't stored.
We keep enquiries, and the emails that follow, for as long as we need to answer them and, if we work together, as part of our normal business records. We keep resumes while a role is open and for a reasonable time after, unless you ask us to delete yours sooner.
Email info@cyaconstruction.com to ask what information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted. We'll reply promptly, and we may need to keep some records where the law requires it.
The site is served over HTTPS, so the form is encrypted on its way to us, and access to our inbox is limited to our team. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so please don't send passwords, bank details or other sensitive information through the form.
This website is meant for property owners, managers and businesses. It isn't aimed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
