Daily logs, a named supervisor on site and a 40 Hr Site Safety Manager where the job calls for one. Every worker carries a minimum 40 Hr SST with 4 hr scaffold user training.
Sign-off documentation for the housing authority, warranty paperwork and a photographic record of concealed conditions.
